ICS is for eligible adults whose assessed needs and living arrangement meet program requirements and whose service is authorized by the lead agency.

Service Overview
Support centered on the person’s daily life and goals.
Support is based on the person’s assessed needs and goals. It may address household routines, community activities, relationships, local resources, and other skills connected to living as independently as possible.
Ontime coordinates services around the person’s preferences and established routines while encouraging meaningful choice, community participation, and development of informal supports.
